中文Körting Ejectors, in structure and mode of operation similar to apparatus charged with compressed air, can be applied to introduce gaseous oxygen.
They are installed primarily inside the aeration tank and are operated by dry- or wet-mounted circulating pumps. In contrast to ejectors charged with compressed air, gaseous oxygen is injected between the pump’s discharge side and the entry into the ejector through a nozzle system mounted in the connecting pipeline. Therefore, mixing takes place at the highest pressure level even before entry into the ejector.
