Resulting from an unceasing and consequential improvement and redevelopment of its process concepts and products for the thermal elimination of residual substances, Körting Hannover AG is able to take into consideration and observe the ever-changing demands of environmental politics.
Apart from stabilising and optimising plants by means of simulation software, combustion processes and flame control as well as flue-gas cleaning are adapted and optimised in our research department selectively, as well as in the form of a complete system, to the customer's individual job requirements. Detailed information about Körting's engineering work and service performances may be taken from the paragraph dealing with large-scale key-in-hand industrial plants.
Example of a completed plant:
The plant is made up of
co-ordinated components for the incineration of residual substances in
liquid form (solvents) as well as exhaust air and off-gases loaded with
hydrocarbons. The key point of the system is formed by a special burner
with combustion chamber based on the Körting CK-Burner series as well
as a flue-gas cleaning unit consisting of a Körting quench absorber and
a packed tower. The thermal energy contents of the flue-gas is used to
generate steam. A Körting axial cyclonic droplet separator has been
installed at the chimney outlet to separate recondensates.
Technical Data:
Residue disposal: 1.000 l/h
Exhaust air and off-gas incineration: 12.500 Nm³/h
Thermal capacity: 8 MW
Burn-out temperature: 900 - 1200 °C
