Thermal re-burning is an effective and generally recognised process for the treatment and cleaning of waste-/off-gases. With a reasonable expenditure of technical energy, organic pollutants undergo thermal conversion to e.g. TA-Air limit values by the application of Körting's specially developed process concepts and products.
Apart from stabilising and optimising plants by means of simulation software, combustion processes and flame control as well as flue-gas cleaning are adapted and optimised in our research department selectively, as well as in the form of a complete system, to the customer's individual job requirements. Detailed information about Körting's engineering work and service performances may be taken from the paragraph dealing with key-in-hand large scale industrial plants.
Körting CK-Burner was developed specially for use in conjunction with combustion chambers, hot gas generators and steam boilers. It is distinguished by its staged combustion air supply. The thermal energy contents of flue-gas are utilised in a steam boiler to generate steam.
