Körting's decision to unite key specialists in the fields of firing technology and gas cleaning to form a new department called Division U - Environmental Technology - has made us the first company to be able to offer, amongst various other possibilities, large-scale turn key industrial plants for thermal off-gas cleaning, thermal elimination of residual substances and flue-gas cleaning by means of self-developed and -manufactured (since 1885) firing- and scrubbing systems.

Diverse trial stands in our environmental research department help us to adapt and optimise complex process steps (combustion process, flame control, scrubber systems, etc., individually and as complete systems to the customer's respective needs.

Set against this background, Körting's wide range of engineering- and service performances also include:

• discovering concepts (trials in our research department, plant stabilisation and optimisation by means of e.g. simulation software etc.)
• Project management (co-ordination, quality assurance, project- and scheduling control, approval procedures etc.)
• Basic- and detailed engineering (process- and R&I flow diagrams, concepts for measuring-, control- and safety procedures, designing of machines and apparatus, preparation of manufacturing- and main apparatus drawings, process instrumentation, PLC documentation, process visualisation)
